Lawrencella davenportii

Family: Asteraceae

Small annual with leaves that cluster around the base. The large, pale pink flowers have yellow centres and bloom on stems up to 40cm long.

These plants flower in winter and spring and can become large specimens after winter rains.

They are commonly found on red sandy soils associated with open mallee or mulga communities.

Where to find this plant at Alice Springs Desert Park

These pretty plants can be found in the Sand Country habitat.
