Red Centre Bird Festival

The Red Centre is a haven for birds, filled with diverse habitats. Get amongst it and enjoy what the Centre has to offer at the Red Centre Bird Festival.
Events include: Birds for beginners, Breakfast with the birds, Photography Tours, Birds at Sunset, Birds and Bats at Simpsons Gap, Bird Art in the Park Exhibition, photography competitions and prizes and much much more.

Cooee! Calling all mini-zookeepers and eco-warriors to the Desert Explorer program. Spend the day with our crew exploring and taking part behind the scenes of an arid-zoo and botanic gardens. Be prepared to get your hands dirty as you help care for our animals and see some of the secrets of the desert. Book one day or all three! Suited to 8-12 years. Minimum numbers and bookings essential. $100 per child per day.
Spirit of Christmas
